Testimonials From Yoga For Insomnia Workshop
Thank you for the very enjoyable workshop on yoga for insomnia. I thought the combination of information about insomnia and the yoga strategies to help overcome it were just right. The three hours flew by too quickly so I was a little disappointed when it ended because I was enjoying it so much! ~ Susan H
I very much enjoyed the recent insomnia workshop. So very valuable for both refreshing me on practices I had learnt and taught over the years, but also introducing me to new ones. I really loved your down to earth presentation of the topic, felt it made it easy for attendees to understand and then apply the skills to daily life. My partner who is a graphic designer and has sleeping difficulties, has installed FLUX now and really likes it. As for me I have re-introduced some practices to rest easier (most of the time!). I definitely slept like a baby that night! ~ Fiona G (yoga teacher)
It was very informative and contained lots of interesting information. Some I knew but needed reminding of as well as lots of new interesting facts and tips to absorb . The first half of the session was factual and well set out then the second half was practical and blissful ! I would recommend the workshop to anyone on a personal or practical level. ~ Melanie W (yoga teacher)
